Yantai preserved fruit, dried fruit, preserves, fruit and vegetable chips have what difference
Although preserved fruit, dried fruit, preserves, and fruit chips are all fruit products, they are very different in terms of production technology.
Production processes vary:
1. Dried fruit
Dried fruit is fresh fruit through air drying, drying, infrared microwave drying or vacuum freeze drying and other different dehydration methods made of fruit products.
2. Preserved fruit
Preserved fruit is fresh fruit after cutting, blanching, sugar or sugar boiling a series of processing to produce. There is no dehydration and concentration process, and a large amount of sugar slowly seeps into the fruit under heating conditions, replacing the original water of the fruit, making the fruit translucent.
3. Preserves
The process of making preserves is often more complicated than dried fruit. Not only sugar, but also acid, salt, honey, and other flavor ingredients.
4. Fruit chips
Today's fruit chips are usually made using vacuum low-temperature frying technology, which is different from the ordinary traditional frying process and largely avoids the problem of toxic and even carcinogenic substances caused by the polymerization of various fats produced in the ordinary frying process.
